Start giveaways and manage existing ones.
This section contains 5 usable paths. Command names are shown with their registered Discord paths; Discord may display localized option labels in a Turkish client.
/giveaway startStarts a new giveaway with eligibility rules and an end time.
Options
- prizeRequired · Text · 2–200 characters
- Giveaway prize.
- durationOptional · Text · Up to 40 characters
- Duration, for example 30m, 2h, or 3d.
- descriptionOptional · Text · Up to 1500 characters
- Optional message shown in the giveaway.
- start_inOptional · Text · Up to 40 characters
- Optional delay before publishing, for example 10m or 2h.
- image_urlOptional · Text · Up to 500 characters
- Optional HTTPS image URL.
- winnersOptional · Integer · 1–20
- Number of winners.
- channelOptional · Channel · Channel types: text, announcement
- Channel where the giveaway will be posted.
- channel_idOptional · Text · 17–30 characters
- Giveaway channel ID or mention.
- required_roleOptional · Role
- Optional role required to enter.
