Saving and applying are different events

After the Dashboard accepts a setting, Fieldbot uses the current server record. When the feature needs to change a Discord channel, role, or member, Discord permissions still apply at the time of that action.

If the Dashboard says a setting was saved but nothing changed in Discord, check that the selected channel or role still exists, Fieldbot has the required permission, and role order allows the action.
