  • The server and feature where the problem occurs.
  • The canonical command path, such as /ticket setup, if a command is involved.
  • The Dashboard section, such as Tickets or Moderation & AutoMod, if the web panel is involved.
  • The user-visible error message.
  • Short steps that reproduce the problem.
  • A screenshot with sensitive information hidden, when useful.

Do not share secret keys, tokens, passwords, session cookies, or private management links.
