Data and privacy

Fieldbot processes information needed to run commands, apply server settings, verify Discord permissions, limit abuse, and operate the server features you enable.

Dashboard sign-in uses Discord OAuth. Sensitive session or authorization data is not public documentation and should not be shared in support messages.

Do not send bot tokens, passwords, session details, or private access links when reporting a problem. A server name, feature, user-visible error, and redacted screenshot are normally enough to start troubleshooting.
